How Wing Snob Was Born

Wing Snob was born from a simple obsession: finding the perfect wing. Back in 2012, founder Marcus Webb grew tired of settling for soggy, flavorless wings that passed as "good enough." Stationed in Katy, TX, he set out to redefine what a wing could be — and the wingsnob philosophy was born.

Starting with a tiny kitchen and a handful of loyal regulars, Wing Snob quickly became the talk of the neighborhood. Word spread fast — these weren't just wings, they were an experience. Crispy on the outside, impossibly juicy inside, sauced with flavors that dared to be unforgettable.

Our Journey Through the Years

From a backyard dream to a full-scale wingsnob empire — here's how we got here.

2012

The Spark

Marcus Webb starts Wing Snob in a small Katy, TX kitchen with five signature sauces and a handful of loyal customers who spread the word one wing at a time.

2014

First Location Opens

Wing Snob opens its first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 3902 N Fry Rd, Katy, TX. Lines out the door on opening day confirmed we were onto something special.

2016

Best Wings in Texas

Texas Food & Flavor Magazine names Wing Snob "Best Wings in Texas" — a milestone that put us on the national map and tripled our customer base overnight.

2018

Delivery & Catering Launch

We launched our online ordering system and full-service catering operation, bringing the wingsnob experience directly to homes, offices, and events across the state.

2021

Franchise Program Launches

The Wing Snob franchise program opens its doors, allowing passionate entrepreneurs to bring the bold wing experience to their own communities across the United States.

2024

50K Customers Milestone
